• Our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, Follow Up Boss, which stores lead records on our behalf.
• The Florida MLS board associated with your property (Stellar MLS, BeachesMLS, MIAMI Association of REALTORS, NE Florida MLS, SW Florida MLS, or others), to publish your listing if you become a client.
• Service providers that host the Site (Vercel) and deliver email or SMS on our behalf.
• Government agencies, courts, or law enforcement when legally required.

4. SMS and Text Message Consent (TCPA)

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site, you consent to receive automated and non-automated calls and text messages from Pure Equity Realty regarding your inquiry, our services, and related real estate matters. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send, or by emailing info@flatfeemlssells.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
